We are looking for:
- Adults diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease
Healthcare Opinions require the help of adults, who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, as well as their partner or caregiver, to give their feedback on the design of prototype medical devices that are being developed to help better manage the condition.
The research study is NOT a drug trial and participants will NOT be asked to take any medication during the trial or alter the current medication they are taking.
The research study will be an in-person interview. The research team has implemented several safety measures to help reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, such as wearing personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves, using frequent sanitization, and social distancing during the interview.
Participants will be asked to attend 2 2-hour interviews, with a 24–48-hour break between them.
Both the patient and caregiver will receive the incentive payment as a thank you for giving up your time to the study. Each person can also claim up to £50 towards their travel.
